NOTES:

1. The Club does not meet during the hot summer months of July and August.
2. The Club reserves December for a party at which a brief meeting is held. Date, time and location are determined in November.
3. Regular meetings other than parties occur on the second Tuesday of the month except when members approve a substitute date.
4. Additional meetings may occur at selected show sites, at the discretion of the GDC of AZ board of directors. Such meetings are useful for updating members who cannot make it to regular meetings. Meetings at show sites count for meeting attendance purposes. The Club's business decisions are made only at regular meetings and board meetings, not at show site meetings.
